You are purchasing an original quilt hand made by Cat Nap Quilts. Due to the fact that all items sold are one of a kind, all sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. 

 

Once a deposit is received for any custom work, you will be contacted within 48 business hours.  After all decisions are made and work has begun, you will be notified, at that point no refunds will be given. Balance due will need to be paid in full before the quilt is mailed to you. You should expect photo's along the way as to the progress of your custom quilt.
